We are building our Process Control System team to power the delivery of the Rockwell Automation Smart Process Initiative, a major step forward in how we design and deliver DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems) for clients across critical infrastructure industries.

These roles share the engineering DNA of our established Control Systems Engineer positions, with a dedicated focus on DCS and SIS technologies. We're inviting expressions of interest across all levels and disciplines, so whether you're an emerging engineer or a seasoned delivery leader, we'd love to hear from you.

We are seeking candidates for the following roles:

• Process Control System Engineer
• Senior Process Control System Engineer
• Principal Control System Engineer
• Lead Control System Engineer
• Process Control System Engineer - Team Lead
• Process Control System Project Manager
• Process Control System Project Engineer

What you'll do

Depending on your level and discipline, you may:

• Author process control design deliverables, such as Functional Design Specifications, network architecture and I/O lists.
• Configure and program DCS and SIS platforms, HMI/SCADA systems, and networked devices in accordance with customer standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) to verify software functionality against project objectives.
• Treat the safety of personnel and assets, and environmental sustainability, as the top priority in all work.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a supportive learning environment and sharing lessons learned and best practices (for senior, lead, principal and team-lead roles).
• Manage scope, schedule, cost and risk to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned to ATSYS frameworks (for project manager and project engineer roles).
• Build trust and collaboration through open communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Research and integrate new technologies and methods to continuously improve our processes and team output.

About you

We're looking for people who bring:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in control systems, process control or automation engineering, at a level appropriate to the role you're applying for.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Minerals Processing, Chemical or other critical infrastructure sectors.
• Preferred (but not essential): experience with Rockwell Automation PlantPAx DCS, ControlLogix, GuardLogix and FactoryTalk View SE technologies.
• Equally welcome: experience on other DCS and SIS technologies from vendors such as Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB and Siemens. We provide training to upskill you to the Rockwell Automation PlantPAx platform as required.
• CPEng / RPEQ certification, or a willingness to pursue it (for senior and above).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a curious, continuous-improvement mindset.

No PlantPAx experience? No problem. If you have a solid DCS or SIS background on another vendor's platform, we'll invest in your development.
